Which countries do you deliver to?

• The countries we can send non-prescription items to are: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK.
• We can only deliver medicines to countries where that medicine is licensed by law and delivery is permitted.

Do you deliver to the Scottish Highland or the Channel Islands?

Yes, however, delivery to remote Scottish Highlands & British Channel Isles may not be guaranteed and may take longer.

Can I have my delivery delivered to a different address?

Yes, you are able to add additional shipping addresses to your account which you can then select at the checkout. However, your main address must match the address on your card and it will be your main address used in the identity checks.

Does my delivery need a signature?

Yes, a signature will be required.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes, we only use plain, discreet packaging without any branding or labels.
